Operation Boots on the Ground - Aiken County Volunteer Coordinator
Volunteer leadership position; unpaid
Coordinate the Aiken County Operation Boots on the Ground team. Assign and track field outreach, ensure surveys and contact logs are complete and professional, coordinate resident, business, church, and community-leader conversations, schedule approved Sunday-morning or leadership briefings, protect respondent privacy, and submit weekly county summaries to HSM Back to Life. The five county coordinators will be evaluated for regional leadership. As the initiative develops, the strongest-performing coordinator will be selected to lead the regional volunteer operation; that leadership role will become the HSM Back to Life Regional Volunteer Manager, a paid position once funding for that position is available.
