Volunteer position; unpaid
Conduct respectful, neutral community outreach using the official HSM Back to Life needs-assessment portal and print forms. Explain HSM Back to Life and the 9-Step Pathways Program accurately, gather resident and stakeholder perspectives without leading responses, identify service-access barriers and local assets, document business and church partnership interests, make approved referrals, and complete follow-up logs. Volunteers do not make promises on behalf of government or HSM and do not collect unnecessary sensitive information.
This position is part of HSM Back to Life - Operation Boots on the Ground. Field work uses the official community-needs assessment portal, privacy rules, and county reporting process.
