Select the best handling option and give preferred times. HSM confirms the schedule before anything is moved, received, or reviewed for paperwork.
Receive confirmation from HSM
A ministry representative follows up by email, SMS, or phone with next steps and any paperwork instructions.
Please do not leave items unattended or attempt to transfer property paperwork before HSM confirms review. HSM may decline unsafe, expired, damaged, restricted, encumbered, unapproved, or unsuitable donations.

- School supplies, backpacks, and outreach materials
- Clothing in clean, usable condition
- Household goods, furniture, and approved equipment
- Vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment that require title or ownership review
- Land, homes, buildings, lots, facilities, or other real-property gifts
- Items needing deeds, titles, inventory, trustee review, pastoral approval, receipts, or scheduled staff review
